You won’t find better customer service anywhere. From Scott the owner, to our main technician Jim and the others we meet from time to time, to the girls that I’ve talked to in the office. All exceptional. I’ve called on them multiple times over the past 2 years while selling and buying a house and they show up every time on time, prepared to solve my isssue the first time, and they do it with a smile and treat you like family. Don’t call anybody else, call Earth Rite! A+++
What can I say? This company is the real deal! Initially, Scott was immediately readily available to take my calls and texts to make sure that I knew the ins and outs of the service they were to provide. Tyler was wildly intelligent! He literally had every answer preloaded in his brain. He knows his pests!!! Tyler’s partner ( I forgot his name) was so sweet and thorough in working in my home. You can just tell that they’re honest and honorable people. They were like a super hero duo taking care of business. A process that could have been extremely stressful was made easy. They showed up on time and completed when they said they would! Top notch service from the first phone call to the end of service. I am just so grateful! If I could give more stars, I would!
Spent $200 on services and the tech was only there for 10 minutes. He also told me to give him a five star review because he gets paid for each one. Yeah I'll get right on that.
Tyler and his crew did an amazing job taking care of our issue. They arrived right on time, were very thorough making sure everything was how should it should be before starting treatment and kept communication with me through out the day.They were very friendly and made sure they addressed any questions or concerns I might have. I definitely would recommend their services anytime.
