Signing up with this particular Orkin location on N Lincoln was the best decision I made. They helped my neighbors with dead animals in the attic and it was a very big and difficult job. I hired them to put in termite bait stations. Another neighbor had termites. Luckily, we didn’t have termites. Having the bait stations put in certainly ease my worries of ever having termites. I also had problems with another pest control company. Their Orkin manager Jacob Gilleland came to talk to me regarding our needs. He personally made sure everything was done to perfection. He has been responsive every time I emailed or texted him before AND after we hired them. After the termite bait stations were installed, we started the pest control service. The technician was thorough, professional and did more than the techs from the previous company we had. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. We can’t say enough good things about Jacob and his crew.
