After they finished the repairs, I wanted to verify the work. I noticed they had only replaced one board and patched four others instead of replacing them as originally promised. When I called the technician, he insisted that all the boards had been replaced. Fortunately , before sending me the estimate, he had also sent me photos showing the damaged areas and explaining what would be replaced.When I went to my house to check the work, I found a notice posted on the front door saying: “Water is shut off due to broken pipe under back deck. Will be back to repair tomorrow – and there was deferent company name not Jamul company, I took a photo of the note When the Jamul Pest Control representative arrived and I showed him the note, he quickly ripped it, apparently thinking I had not seen it before.At first, he kept insisting that the boards had been replaced. But when I showed him the photos he had previously sent me, he admitted that they had not been replaced and said he would ask his team to come back and replace them properly.I also showed him additional damage in the corner of the house that occurred when they removed the fumigation tarp. He said it was not a problem and that they would fix it.Later, when they returned to fix the roof damage and replace the boards, they told me the damage area was too high and they could not reach it, and that I should hire someone else to fix it. The technician claimed that the wood had fungus and that it broke when they removed the tarp. I explained that even if the wood had fungus, it was previously covered and intact, and the damage occurred during their work. Now I am being asked to pay to repair damage caused by their team.The technician said he would speak with his boss. Later, the manager called me and repeated the same thing: that I should hire someone else to fix the damage and pay for it myself.When the come to fix the damages board the replace one an fix the another one (they replaced around one feet only, see attachment) they supposed to replace 4 as it shows in there report.And in the end they sent me the invoice with link to make payment with extra 3% charges if I use that link that's meant more than extra $305 dollars.Here are the main issues I experienced:The total charge was extremely high.mor than k10.They did not follow my request to complete repairs before fumigation.They patched boards instead of replacing them as promised until I noticed and questioned it.They refused to repair damage caused by their team to the corner of the roofThe job was done by another company (subcontractors )Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

They're genuinely kind hearted, ethical and honest people who are passionate and believe in their community-focused service. They're very understanding and helpful, quick to address any potential problems, and go above and beyond. There are plenty of pest control companies to choose from in this area but I'd be hard pressed to find this kind of support and service. I'm definitely recommending them to friends and family.
