Kyle was great. Gave me lots of good advice and information. He was on time and very professional. I would like to add that the original appointment was with Dan. Dan did everything he could to cancel my Friday afternoon appointment. Gave me every excuse to avoid coming to my property. After running a company for 40 years, Dan seems to be the type of employee you don’t want working for your business. Five stars for Kyle and Kirsten, they real shined.

We highly recommend EcoGuard pest management for the following reasons. From observing contacting the company through the services they provide.. Shawn is our main technician for services with Eco Guard. He always does a thorough job and is a pleasure to work with. He is communicative, on time, and always gives a clear picture of work to be done. He also happily accommodates our schedule or requests for follow up. We highly recommend Shawn as a technician. Another service we’ve received is rodent abatement. From the initial contact with the office, to the representative that came out to explain the procedure.. to the procedure itself, we are completely happy with the result. EcoGuard’s technician, Kyle (and co-worker), also did an incredibly thorough job of securing our home to keep out rodents. They were polite and efficient while here, and explained upon arrival the work to be done as well as afterwards showed us what had been accomplished. We are 100 % satisfied with the results.

Good People. Very Respectful when talking with all their workers. Highly recommend. Never have had a problem and they have also come back outside of their apt window to treat. We have been using for years and don’t have a bug issue. Always check in when they arrive and about to start service. Top Notch!

I have been using ecoguard for years. They offer more than just basic pest control. Aside from the monthly preventative care, I've also done inspections and they just recently closed off any entry points to prevent rodents. In the summer they offer a preventative mosquito service as well. All the technicians are great. Each and every single person is professional, friendly, and responsible. They always make sure my gate is shut after. Most communication is via text/email and it's super simple and straightforward. I am not sure how the pricing compares, but it's great service and I feel the price is reasonable. It's your home, go with someone you can really trust. =)

I’m so glad I chose Eco guard. From day one the communication has been excellent. From my initial call to them. I got a text after confirming that I wanted a service they responded and came out. Took a look at the site gave me a rate and they were out within a few days, every other month thereafter. They always text me in advance, which is great cause I can copy and paste it into my notes to my Tenant and then they’re always aware a few days ahead of time before they come out and then they text me when they’re done, which is awesome. I love their customer service. I love everything is automated.

Today was a regular service appointment. I showed the tech a picture of some unusual activity.In my front yard near the garage door, so he gave some extra attention to that area. We weren't sure what these were, possibly something related to snails or to millipedes, but hopefully they won't return!

I've been using Ethan Nielsen of the portland oregon office and he has been fabulous! I live by myself and it's kind of uncomfortable knowing there has been rat activity under the bump out/add on to my house. Ethan is a calm presence and is lovely to work with. Whenever I have contacted the staff, Jen and the other folks, they are always so pleasant and courteous and helpful. I've decided to have Ethan do exclusion work to keep critters out from the add on, since it doesn't have a regular foundation like the rest of my house. I feel that I'm in good, safe hounds with Ethan and the EcoGuard Pest Mgmt team!!

Easy to use, great results, and very reasonably priced! I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the application process was — no complicated setup or strong chemical smell. Within a short time, I noticed a big difference: the roaches were gone and haven’t come back since. It works just as well as (or even better than) the expensive brands or solutions I’ve tried before. For the quality and effectiveness you get at this price, it’s an excellent value. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free pest control solution.

Excellent service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure they do a complete thorough job. I have been using them for years. The price is very reasonable too. They even come out in between scheduled service dates If we need anything extra done. I highly recommend them!
