Kyle was great. Gave me lots of good advice and information. He was on time and very professional. I would like to add that the original appointment was with Dan. Dan did everything he could to cancel my Friday afternoon appointment. Gave me every excuse to avoid coming to my property. After running a company for 40 years, Dan seems to be the type of employee you don’t want working for your business. Five stars for Kyle and Kirsten, they real shined.

From observing contacting the company through the services they provide..Shawn is our main technician for services with Eco Guard. He always does a thorough job and is a pleasure to work with. He is communicative, on time, and always gives a clear picture of work to be done. He also happily accommodates our schedule or requests for follow up. We highly recommend Shawn as a technician.Another service we’ve received is rodent abatement. From the initial contact with the office, to the representative that came out to explain the procedure.. to the procedure itself, we are completely happy with the result. EcoGuard’s technician, Kyle (and co-worker), also did an incredibly thorough job of securing our home to keep out rodents. They were polite and efficient while here, and explained upon arrival the work to be done as well as afterwards showed us what had been accomplished. We are 100 % satisfied with the results.

Good People. Very Respectful when talking with all their workers. Highly recommend. Never have had a problem and they have also come back outside of their apt window to treat. We have been using for years and don’t have a bug issue. Always check in when they arrive and about to start service. Top Notch!
I have been using ecoguard for years. They offer more than just basic pest control. Aside from the monthly preventative care, I've also done inspections and they just recently closed off any entry points to prevent rodents. In the summer they offer a preventative mosquito service as well.All the technicians are great. Each and every single person is professional, friendly, and responsible. They always make sure my gate is shut after. Most communication is via text/email and it's super simple and straightforward. I am not sure how the pricing compares, but it's great service and I feel the price is reasonable.It's your home, go with someone you can really trust. =)
