Brent was fantastic. He texted me prior to his arrival and showed up with such a great attitude for something I am sure is a pain to assess in such an old home. He was super thorough - pointing out issues that previous handymen "fixed" or failed to alert me about. His photographs were so comprehensive, and he took extra care with my two new escape-artist cats ensuring they didn't scoot out the door, and even took the time to compliment their portraits on the mantle. Having rodents invade your home is bad enough, but Brent showed such care.
