Southwestern Pest Control LLC

Mr. Ray has been servicing my pest control needs for well over a year now and I couldn't be more happier with his services. I've had other ones in the past but this one has my support 100%. Also, he listens with any questions you might have and makes me feel good assurance with his work. I highly recommend for anyone who needs pest control services.

Been a very pleased and fortunate customer for Southwestern almost three years. The only pest control that was able to help my family the day when we woke up to an ant infestation in my home. Have been a proud customer since and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of reliable service.

Ray is hands down the best pest control professional we've ever worked with! What sets him apart isn't just his expertise (though the bugs are definitely gone!) - it's how he approaches his work and treats his customers. First off, Ray is incredibly reliable. He shows up when he says he will, every single time. No waiting around wondering if your service tech will actually appear. But beyond just being punctual, Ray genuinely cares about doing the job right. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, listens to your concerns, and makes sure you're comfortable with the treatment plan. The results speak for themselves - our regular pest problems were handled quickly and effectively. What really impressed us was when we had unexpected challenges pop up outside of our regular service plan - things like mice, wasps, and other critters that weren't part of the original agreement. Ray was right there to help us out, responding quickly and handling these additional issues without hesitation. Ray makes what could be a stressful situation (nobody wants bugs in their home!) feel manageable and even pleasant. He's easy to talk with, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. When unexpected pest problems arise, it's such a relief knowing we can count on Ray to take care of it. If you're looking for pest control that actually works with a service provider who treats you right, definitely give Ray and Southwestern Pest Control LLC a call. You won't regret it!
