Excel Pest Services

Excel Pest Services has been providing excellent services for my Family/ Townhouse community of 300 for over 2 yrs. Carlos A. has been such a great team member with assuring all my resident needs are met while providing excellence customer service!!!

While being a property manager for 8 years, I've used many different pest control companies for various buildings. Some owners have relationships with certain companies or contracts in place. But when given the opportunity, I always recommend Excel. Not only do they have an amazing scheduling system, where they alert you prior to their arrival days before with time windows but they also follow-up with their services. Their customer service is amazing. Additionally, their prices do not break the bank or budgets. Their exterminators are knowledgeable and friendly. My account manager, Carlos A. was able to get me a contract quickly and always ensures to visit us to check on the building and how it's looking. He always checks-in to make sure we're happy with their services and provides recommendations. I couldn't ask for a better vendor to work with. Thank you! - The Ballantine Property Management Team

I came across Excel Pest Services when looking to replace a national provider. I prefer to work with independents, when possible.

They strongly desired a visit to provide an estimate. The account specialist was pretty good, although he repeatedly put his hands on the walls/trim in our house unnecessarily (maybe a “pet peeve”, but don’t touch anything you are not working on, I don’t like to have to clean-up handprints afterwards).

They quoted $349 upfront and $48 a month. They would reduce the number of RBSs from four to two. When I paused on the upfront, it was immediately reduced by $100.

The account specialist said he would follow-up, but never did.

Again, the account specialist was pretty good. Overall, I would not be using Excel Pest Services.

We took advantage of a promotion and have become a new customer. I’m updating my review, from 2-stars to 4-stars.

Like their competitors, they like an upfront charge that theoretically relates to start-up including checking pest-proofing. Not sure there is much value to that in practice, but that could just be an execution issue.

The initial visit was so-so, but Excel make a follow-up visit. “Angel” was excellent and we were much happier with his visit.

Carlos is absolutely great at what he does. He was able to answer any and all questions and thoroughly explained the services I was receiving. He even followed up to see how things were going which not everyone does these days. Very refreshing. Excel has been great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
