They came and inspected my new home. They put in the termite treatment and I have their bond. I also use their pest control and whenever I called about ants in my house they came within two days to get them out. Overall they are truly AMAZING

I have complained several times to the manager. It’s so unorganized there and supposedly there guy comes and sprays but I still have bugs. I tell them that and half the time they come back but within a few days bugs again. I don’t believe they actually do the termite bait. The manager claims it’s fool proof and they have tos can barcodes but I don’t know what’s true. Either their chemicals suck or their employees don’t do their job. This last time I complained and canceled a week after he “sprayed” and he still made me pay to cancel even though I told him I still have bugs along with he never schedules to do inside even though we pay for it. Terrible business and management.
