The Terminix professionals are knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. They did the job on time, as scheduled, and did it right the first time. At all stages of the job, there was good communication, and I got all of my questions answered. It's never fun to find out you need an exterminator, but Terminix made it a lot easier than it would otherwise have been. And their price was competitive, too.
Ben at Terminix is the best! He’s prompt, personal and professional, whether it be mosquito treatment, spraying for ants, or refilling bait stations, he’s so on top of it. He’s super friendly and funny, and makes the whole pest control experience really pleasant. I highly recommend Terminix and especially technician Ben.

This company was used by my realtor to tent the house we purchased, and the third party company, which was hired by Terminix damaged the rain gutters when removing the tent material. I was in contact with Christopher H. (Terminix) who was responsible for coordination of the repair, and at this point, after multiple claims that it would be taken care of will not respond to any communication. The damaged rain gutters were never noted on any pre-purchase inspection.
