At all stages of the job, there was good communication, and I got all of my questions answered. This company was used by my realtor to tent the house we purchased, and the third party company, which was hired by Terminix damaged the rain gutters when removing the tent material. I was in contact with Christopher H. (Terminix) who was responsible for coordination of the repair, and at this point, after multiple claims that it would be taken care of will not respond to any communication. The damaged rain gutters were never noted on any pre-purchase inspection.
