Several years ago after a home inspection we learned there was insect damage to several parts of our home. We contracted with All Natural Pest Elimination and they have taken great care of us and our property since. I am an arachnophobe and not a fan of insects and bugs in general, so I have been very appreciative of their original work, as well as their ongoing service, including regular inspections and subsequent treatments. Definitely recommend them if you are in need of pest control.
I’ve been with All Natural since ‘24 for a rat issue when my neighbor got chickens. I signed up with them because I like the idea that their poison does not go up the food chain.Last year while under their contract I had over $5,000 in plumbing bills with rats eating pex lines in the crawl space. There’s another $500 for a condensation line that got eaten as well. And there is still the next roughly $5,000 that I need to spend to get the crawl space cleaned out due to the rats getting into the insulation and nesting under the vapor barrier. And it’s even more money if I want to put the insulation back.I signed a contract to have All Natural perform the clean up in the sub floor. I was told that it would be scheduled within a week. After 2 weeks I called the office and realized that the work was being subcontracted out to a completely different company. I spoke to a manager about this and he let me cancel the work since it had not been scheduled. But this was done in a demeaning way making me feel like I was in the wrong because I wanted to be able to choose the actual company doing the work, and “it’s all in the contract.” The lesson here is read the contract in detail and make sure you know who is performing the work if that’s important to you.I called out All Natural over a couple of months ago because of activity in the attic. They came out and sealed one hole and said it’s good to go. They have come out and checked the bait stations regularly. Since there is “no activity” at the bait stations then I was told all is well.Yesterday Shawn came out from All Natural to check for rats since I keep hearing them in the attic. Shawn was the first person from this company who I felt actually cared. Within 10 minutes he had it diagnosed where they are getting into the house. He actually put the bait stations where the activity is, and not where it is convenient to get to. He took time to explain things to me, and I actually found out how bad the rats are. Shawn scheduled himself to come back out and actually correct the problem area. He also helped me see the ongoing damage that has been occurring. Yes, there is more plumbing damage.If everyone at this company worked like Shawn this would be a great company. But sadly it is not. If you would like to pay $1000s of dollars the first year and then a $1000 to stay on their contract, all while incurring over $10,000 worth of rodent damage than this company is for you. And be warned. They are very good at the “we are not salesmen” pitch. I have heard that statement at least a dozen times from their employees. I’m just sticking around until my contract is up.
All Natural comes out within days not weeks when you need them. They are very thorough and ask if there is anything else you need. The moss treatment did not work for us so we stopped it, the inspector seems to have good knowledge of what’s needed. We highly recommend them.
