Our family's experience with the company was superlative, and we were particularly impressed with the professionalism, dedication, friendliness, and above-and-beyond commitment of Marshall, the company's representative who worked with us. The rodents had been a problem in the entire neighborhood and were very established in our loved one's home. Marshall began with a full, thorough inspection, answered all our questions along the way, gave good advice about treating the problem holistically (including suggestions about tree trimming and other mitigation), and was very clearly committed to truly solving the problem in a full and permanent way. He, and by extension the company, clearly cared not just about removing the rodents but getting and keeping our loved one's house and property safe, healthy, and habitable. It is rare to get such comprehensive, professional, committed, and friendly service these days, but this company provided the complete package, and I can't recommend them enough.
Marshall examined the foundation from a very tight crawl space. Found one especially bad spot. I happily contracted for services beyond the examination and he did excellent repairs on several others spots as well. We are sticking with Good Earth from now on. Competence and friendliness.

We have used Good Earth Pest company for a long long time. Darren was our serviceman for a number of years … friendly, capable and always helpful. I’m not sure the name of our current serviceman, but he does a good job and is friendly too. They are competent and helpful and also when we call the office and need spider traps or something like that, we get cheerful people who are quick to help. Good job staff! Thank you!!
