I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Snohomish Pest Control. We had a persistent issue with rodents, which had suddenly gotten worse. Jimmy came out and did a thorough inspection to determine how the rodents were getting into the house. He sealed up the hole and we literally haven't seen a mouse in our house since then. He came out for two follow-up visits and provided outstanding customer service.
Last year I found mice in my garage and was convinced I could take care of it myself. I bought and set my own traps and….caught none of the mice!Two weeks ago I found a mouse again and decided to leave it to the professionals. Jimmy came out, inspected my garage, and was very knowledgeable about habits of mice and rats. Jimmy was pleasant, prompt and found the opening that was allowing mice into the crawl space immediately. Previous pest control company never found the real issue, and of course tried to upsell complete crawlspace refurb with $11k price tag. Snohomish Pest Control has been great to work with.
