Had an appointment today with terminix from 5-7pm the tech Bishop called me at 11am asking to reschedule due to his kid having a doctor appointment. I was not able to so he said he would call me back if he wasn’t able to make it. No phone call until 8 minutes before my appointment saying he’s in Sacramento and won’t be to me until 630pm. Unfortunately I will not be using there services anymore due to the unprofessionalism. Very dissatisfied.
