Technician was knowledgeable and personable. We discussed ongoing interior pest situation, and he was given a "sample" of the pests we are dealing with inside. We decided to forego interior pest spraying due to the fact that he didn't think it would do any good and something else needed to be tried, which he was not equipped to do. I agreed. He advised further contact with someone who would give me advice on a more in-depth analysis of our problem. Someone would contact me. I have not yet been contacted, though.
I’m building a new house and Grant came out and got me set up and did a great job. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what to expect in the future. Grant has a lot of experience and knowledge.

Called Thursday due to our daughter being stung near a burrow within our condo complex that we have a contract with. They scheduled Saturday afternoon to treat. When the exterminator got here he said it was Yellow Jackets and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. Offered to pay whatever to make things safe for daughter's and neighborhood kids. He refused to treat the burrow and left. Unbelievable. Also had the same gentleman stop by randomly asking access to the interior of our unit without scheduling it. Confirmed with the lady in charge of the HOA that they never did contact anyone concerning the treatments before hand. Customer service seems to be poor with this company who appear to be big enough to loose clients for volume over quality.
