If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the single worst experience I have ever had with a home service company.

We hired Anthony to remove a wasp nest located between our roof and attic. He arrived an hour late, performed a treatment, and assured us of a 90-day warranty that would begin once the wasp activity was fully resolved.

The activity never stopped. Anthony claimed it would take a few days, but the wasps persisted. I contacted him to come back and use the warranty he promised. He scheduled three separate appointments to return, and he failed to show up for all three. Each time he had an excuse, and we tried to be understanding.

After the third no-show, Anthony stopped answering our calls and texts completely. He ghosted us, leaving us with the exact same wasp problem we paid him to fix.

We were forced to hire a different, reputable company. They came out once, treated the nest, and the problem was solved immediately.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Anthony is unprofessional and unreliable. He sold us a service with a warranty, took our money immediately, and then disappeared when the issue wasn't resolved, leaving us to pay someone else to do the job correctly.
