He’s extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, what he was treating, and what we could expect afterward, which I really appreciated. Both times he was punctual, respectful of our home, and very thorough. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers feel taken care of. Christian was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even went back intentionally to show me exactly where the bait was placed, what it does, and what could happen if anything other than what it’s intended for were to ingest it. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. He also let me know he would be back to follow up, which made me feel even more confident in the service.
