our service was great. Technician text prior to arrival and when he arrived. Ask if there were any specific questions and I mentioned something to be mindful of towards the rear of the home regarding some fiber optic cable.
I have been using them since they changed from Insight Pest. They are punchal and will accommodate you if you need an appointment changed. I haven't had any major issues with pest and recommend any home owner to have their home spray for pest as a preventive measure. The technician was on time and professional. He provided details on everything that he did. Great services.
Services are decent and the guys are nice that do the delivery, but the phone customer service is poor. Moved out of state where they have no provision for contract termination so they charged me $349. Be aware of that if the possibility exists for you to move.Update on 2/11: They never called me, so I called them at the number the owner proved below and they needed to "talk to an executive". Still no call back and no change in my circumstance.

The young man that serviced my home was a real gentleman. He was courteous and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He was only able to do the outside as I have the flu. He brought me chicken noodle soup which was much appreciated. I am 82 years old and it was nice to see someone enjoying their work as you do not see that often in today's world. I would recommend that anyone wanting a professional and safe service use your company. Your technician really impressed me.
