Had a previous appointment scheduled with them. They never called to confirm the appointment and ended up showing up when I wasnt at my house. No one contacted me saying they were at my house. Then I rescheduled with them on another day they said they'd call to confirm my appointment the day before. I ended up having to call them to conform my own appointment. Very unprofessional very inconsistent. The receptionists have no clue what's even going on.
They take care of two of my neighbors house. I saw the truck outside and asked the guy if he could stop and take a look if he had a second. When he was done I had this employee in my home for a quote. I had carpenter ants from a rotting tree stump outside, I explained to him what I was doing to mitigate the situation. Instead of trying to sell me on service he said what I was doing seemed to be working and to just keep that up instead. Honest employee(s). Will definitely use this company if needed.
We were in panic mode after finding out that yellow jackets were coming thru our bathroom drywall ceiling by chewing through it....my husband got stung several times.All-N-One pest control took out a 'large' nest and we gave a sigh of relief. He was the best!!!!
This was my first experience dealing with a bee issue. I emailed to get pricing information and got a very quick response. I scheduled for the next day. The technician, David, was very kind, and very knowledgeable. He filled me in on how and why this happens. The process was quick and is guaranteed for the season. Also a great price. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if (but hopefully won't) I need them again.
All-N-One Pest Control's truck pulled into my driveway & the bugs started spraying themselves! Amber was my 1st impression of this awesome company. I had moved into my new condo (yes I had a home inspection) and quickly noticed some kind of bug was eating up all of the wood on the basement ceiling, kitchen & bathroom cabinets... I was officially a total wreck in full panic mode & honestly felt bad for whoever was going to have to answer the phone while I was calling this company. Amber answered & she was/is a total Superstar! Amber answered every question I had & I had a lot, stayed calm while I didn't, set me up with a quick appointment and even told me to call back with any more questions or concerns anytime & as many times as I needed too. I did exactly that & she was just as nice & just as helpful every single time. The bugs were leaving piles of sawdust & C shaped larvae, they were identified as Powderpost Beetles. Melvin and Preston were sent over to exterminate these nasty bugs, both guys were highly professional, helpful, very easy to deal with & friendly. I again had a million questions that were answered, Preston even took care of a spider for me that I had trapped under a glass in the basement & became my instant hero that day. I will and have recommend this company every chance I get. If you need pest control & you don't call All-N-One then you still need pest control.
