Getting a star for immediately answering the phone call. Missing stars for a very rough and pressurized voice. You immediately start feeling that he thinks his boss and talks very bluntly whether you want it or not. He’s supposed to be nice to get some business but even just inquiring , he is so aggressive. I can’t deal with him if I paid him. I had to hang up the call.

Highly recommend for pest control! We are set up on a bi monthly plan and it has worked out really well. It’s very rare that i find any bugs in and around my house. They are very polite and provide great customer service. It’s been a great experience with Harris Termite & Pest Control.
I've originally called to remove a wasp nest. Every place that I called wanted to charge me between $150- $245.( um no??) I thought that was outrageous just to remove a wasp nest. The gentleman that I spoke to you over the phone... extremely professional. He said that he can do it for $20. So I was a little curious and wanted to see what else they had to offer. I like the fact that he didn't try to take advantage of me. He spoke to me,not at me with respect. At that time I did notice that we were getting lots of ants around the house and spiders were starting to come out. Not only do they do exterior they also do interior as well. The price was great. The crew that came out to my house super friendly super respectful and I must say they are very thorough. I was sold. I love the service. And the gentleman that came out to my house today. So polite, friendly and very thorough. To the gentleman that came to my house today I just want to say thank you so much! You've done an excellent job I have not seen a spider or ants since you guys first came out to my house. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to get rid of those termites, rodents, and other nasty bugs. Again, I can not thank you enough. You guys are AWESOME!!!
