This could and should be a 5+. I had ants everywhere. After the 1st application, I saw a 95% reduction. After the second application I saw no more ants. Then came time for visit number 3. I was sent a text telling me I was scheduled for the upcoming Wednesday and would be texted a 2 hour window the day before. Like I am going to cancel everything and stay home from work so I can be here for a 2 hour window of your choosing?So the day before at 3:30 in the afternoon I get a text saying I am scheduled for 10-12 the next day. I arrived home from work at 10:45. The tech showed up at 12:10 and was gone in 10 minutes.I have no ants. Not a single one! I got what I asked for and the techs (3 different guys) were all friendly and great! The automated, texting, scheduling is unacceptable!!!! This should be a 6 star review.EDIT 2/28/26 Now it's a -5 star and run away people! Getting a human on the phone is next to impossible when there is a problem. They didn't work to fix scheduling, same crap, different day. Now they send bills for phantom appointments that no one ever came to. NO one was home ad no evidence of a "visit" was left behind. This while billing my card every month when it was supposed to be quarterly. So I cut the card off. Then they tried to bill me for the aforementioned phantom service at a criminal $157. Have NOTHING to do with these guys. I supposedly have the managers direct phone number, yet he never answeres and has not returned my call. This is a company where the fish is rotting from the head. The office staff, the corporate leaders. Not the blue collar working stiffs are the problem here. Emotions and pay cuts for all managers and corporate staff!
We had temporarily gone with another provider who offered us a “better deal”. Horrible idea. We had a rodent problem and the other company wouldn’t take my call because my husband was the “primary” on our account. Meanwhile mice mating like mad in the basement and garage.We called Orkin and they were here within 24 hours. Well never leave again. Thank you, Orkin, for being what pest control should be.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Called Orkin to help with a mouse problem. They visited the home multiple times, and did not help with the problem. The first trip they did an incomplete inspection of the home and put down mouse traps. I continued to have mice problems, and it wasn't until the third visit that the attic was looked at and it wasn't until the fifth visit that the siding around the front of the house was looked at (despite me consistently finding mouse droppings in these areas and pointing it out to the inspector). Ultimately I cancelled the service, and had to hire someone else to help with the problem because Orkin was not doing anything. Then there was the issue of payment. The initial cost was $372 dollars, I was told this included the initial inspection and a 30 day follow up (initially this was consistent with other quotes I got). After the 30 days I was told there would be a 62 dollar monthly service charge. I cancelled my service after the 30 days since there had been zero improvement, and then I was charged after the service was cancelled. I called to see why I was charged the first person I spoke with wasn't sure and I was told they'd reverse the. charge. The charge wasn't reversed, so a week later I called back and spoke with the manager, who told me the charge was a monthly charge of $124 dollars and split up into two payments of $62 dollars. I reviewed my contract this is not stated in there, only the monthly $62 dollar charge. There is no reason this should have been charged after I cancelled and stopped receiving service. I was already unhappy with the lack of inspection and service relating to the initial payment and then to get an additional charge, for no work completed is ridiculous, additionally the manager I spoke with at the Fort Collins office did nothing to resolve this problem.

Everytime he comes to support our store, he shares a significant amount of information so that we can better understand why solutions work & he provides enough easy-to-understand detail that we can communicate it to our peers effectively.I appreciate him alot.
I chose Orkin 2 years ago when we moved to our new home, and I'm glad because I've had peace of mind ever since. They have been reliable, attentive, friendly, and helpful. When you call them, all of their agents are fantastic and find a way to help you. They come every other month, but if something comes up or we have a problem, they will send someone right away at no extra charge. All of our Orkin Pros have been amazing, and a shout-out to our current one, Omar Sanchez, who is professional and attentive. I strongly recommend Orkin here in Colorado.
