Pam has treated my property for carpenter bees and also my neighbor’s property! We both had infestations that felt out-of-control. Pam is knowledgeable, friendly, detail-oriented!
Amber was amazing. Great communication, and took the time to explain to me the process of what happens and need to happen. Very happy with the work that she has done to take care of a yellowjacket wasp problem.
The best service! Professional, responsive, reliable, takes time to listen, communicates clearly, solves the problems I've had with wasps at different properties. Have called multiple times over the years and will always utilize their services.
These ladies were very professional and kind however, they were in the home for 15 minutes flat. We had multiple black widow nests and needed them taken care of as there are pets in the home. As weeks went by nothing died and the nests were still live and eggs sacks still multiplying. This seems very much like a rip off to be frank, and it’s a major safety issue. My landlord hired them and was not present during the spray, and said she didn’t have time to deal with trying to get a refund. As the tenant and owner of the dogs, I don’t appreciate a hurry up job that has been completely ineffective. It’s a major risk to have so many black widows inside and outside of the home. I have had to spray multiple times myself.
Absolutely wonderful! Sprayed for insects and spiders (we had multiple black widows inside) in places I was not expecting based on past companies. Plus as a woman working from home alone, having two wonderful women come to spray made me feel safer than normal. They used very safe solutions and made sure to get everywhere AND to give my dog as many ear scratches as he could handle. I’ll be using them for as long as I’m in the area!
