They removed my last review saying I was a former employee. IVE NEVER WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY. I’m a resident at one of the buildings they service. My mother lives there and I’m a resident in her apartment they service. IVE NEVER WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY DO NOT REMOVE MY REVIEW. This company who overcharges for pest control. Doesn't come on the days the say they will and the manager Eduardo Cruz is no help at all. Office staff is all over the place, go with a different company.
This gentleman is the best! Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Another icing on the cake so to speak, he has the greatest smile! It lights up the room and cheers you up, no matter how low you might be feeling! They broke my gate in full recording of camera without consent and forced themselves in my home without signature or approval. Will not respond to fixing structural damage which is not covered by their disclosure unlike theft and tape damage waiver. Only use of you are desperate and dumb.

Definitely would recommend! I'm extremely pleased with my service technician Sean. He's an easygoing, trustworthy and pleasant guy who I trust in my home. Since beginning with Florida pest initially the problem was resolved and a normal 30-day follow-up was done. I only saw one small bug, Florida Roach and he came right away a few days early. I happen to be one of these spaz out types when it comes to palmetto bugs or the American cockroach or any roach of sorts. It is great piece of mind knowing we're with Florida pest control. Everyone I've talked to has been so nice, helpful and great customer service. The price is very fair and in fact much less than some of the other companies around that do the exact same service. Very happy customers!
