We have had Al Hoffer for nearly a decade for both insect and lawn care.After a decade of using them, their customer service and quality of care has absolutely deteriorated.The condition of my lawn is substandard, areas of concern not addressed, and failures (like killing an entire section of my backyard, were met with an apology, a credit that did not cover the replacements, and continued substandard care). Photos attached.In addition, despite charging one of the highest rates among competitors, they clearly believe themselves to be beyond the most basic of customer service and consumer loyalty.All good things come to an end I guess.
