Very very pleased with our first service today. Tyler did a great job of explaining everything and servicing both inside and out. He was friendly and efficient. He did a great job of explaining what we need to do to switch our termite service to STAT. Looking forward to STAT servicing our home.
Today was our first experience with Stat Pest Control. Our representative was Angel. We were with our prior company for four years, and I have no qualms with them other than they got costly. I wasn’t sure what to expect because Stat is a smaller company; however, after working with Angel today, I can’t believe that we could reduce our expenses and candidly receive what I would say is the best service we’ve ever received. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he was very friendly and outgoing. You don’t generally get a lower price and a better service, but in this case, Angel delivered both.
Angel is so professional, thorough and responsive. I needed him to return after he had already done the application as we wanted the lanai included behind the Storm Smart screens. He was so accommodating and kind and returned the same day. The texts and reminders we receive are wonderful. Great team and product
