I discovered a new infestation of termites in my bathroom, evidenced by the brown "kick-out" holes that appeared high up on my bathroom walls. I thought they were from subterranean termites, since that's what I've traditionally dealt with at my home.

Sam and Derek came over and instantly informed me that this was likely a new colony of dry-wood termites. They talked to me quite a bit about them, and assured me that my situation wasn't that bad. They verified the presence of live termites, and then proceeded with treatment. They were done in maybe 15 minutes.

Both were very friendly and great to deal with.

Jose is hands-down the best pest control technician we’ve ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and he actually takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. Since Jose started servicing our place, we’ve seen a huge improvement and practically no issues at all.
