An immense thank you to the Truly Nolen crew of Tim,Kevin and Sam that came out and put the security light back up and got the broken bulb base out of the other security light. They were actually earlier than expected and just as nice and polite and efficient as one could ever want. The people in the office were super also when I’ve been speaking to them.
I discovered a new infestation of termites in my bathroom, evidenced by the brown "kick-out" holes that appeared high up on my bathroom walls. I thought they were from subterranean termites, since that's what I've traditionally dealt with at my home.Sam and Derek came over and instantly informed me that this was likely a new colony of dry-wood termites. They talked to me quite a bit about them, and assured me that my situation wasn't that bad. They verified the presence of live termites, and then proceeded with treatment. They were done in maybe 15 minutes.Both were very friendly and great to deal with.
Eddie Heriberto Soto is our service tech and goes above and beyond while doing his service to our address. He explains all services and what our next next plan of action is. We love having him come out to our farm house and not only fixing our little pest problem but just his presence is enjoyable!
