Dayton was my tech today. He did a wonderful job taking care of our home. We had the general pest treatment completed. He was very nice and accommodating. Thank you Dayton
Called and set up an appointment for a specific price to be paid out on a monthly basis. The tech guy that came out was superb. He was awesome and super personable. But after it was done we got charged $400! Which was way over what was agreed on. Wife called and talked to a lady and ended up having them change the plan so that way we weren’t charged the 400 and the lady on the phone said she would reverse the charge. Then the next day on 2/28/26 we got charged a second time for $400. So now we owe $800 when that was never ever agreed upon and we keep getting lied to and nobody will answer the phones when we call
I usually have given 5 stars in the past, but this time I got misled. Was told that a rodent service was going to cost me $29 and would be charged next month. Okay, good deal. I just had to sign something that allowed the tech to do it. Got the text and it said something about $70. I asked him about it and he said all they would charge was $29 next month added on to next month's bill. Okay, the tech seemed trustworthy and I didn't want to deal with mice so I said okay and signed the e-form.I was still concerned so later that day I checked the charges on my credit card. Sure enough. A $70 charge I was told not to worry about being charged. I'm on a fixed income and that is a bit part of my budget. I wouldn't have a problem squeezing in $29 next month but an unexpected $70 along with a furnace repair this number kind of does me in. If the tech told the truth or was more informed about the charges, I could have dealt with it, but this was unconscionable. When my contract expires (it was in July, now who knows) I'm more likely to go with another service then to stay here, depending on whether or not this might be resolved, at least somewhat. They do great as far as pest control, but don't believe everything you hear. I'll update this if anything changes, otherwise, it stands as a potential warning or at least keep my experience in mind when choosing Greenix.Greenix contacted me by phone and left a message to potentially resolve this issue several days ago from 2-21-2026 (Saturday). I'll contact them on Monday to see what they will offer. I'm a reasonable person. We'll see...Well, after seeing what was done to prevent infestation or further infestation by rodents, the $70 wasn't a bad deal. I am disappointed that I was given incorrect info about the initial cost, but I'm not going to go after an account credit. If one is given, I'll certainly report it here because I wasn't told this would happen. And no, it doesn't appear that my contact length was extended, but in August, 2026, I'm going to either go month to month without the rodent traps or cancel so I'm not forced into buying a service for a year, something I totally disagree with. I'm of the opinion that if you do a poor job or, since I'm on a fixed income, I can't afford it for a month or more, I may need to fire them or suspend service and just do it myself like I have for many years. So, we'll give the 5 stars back since they do respond, but just know what you're signing up for and don't necessarily take the word of the tech that puts down the chemicals. They just may not know the whole story.
Fantastic customer service. The phone representative on the initial call was very informative explaining the whole process. He went into great detail explaining how everything would go. The how the when and there why if the whole situation. Paul, the tech who came out was very friendly and was super helpful in explaining the process. He even sent me pictures of the stations before and then the locations they were placed outside of my home!
Ricky Walser was amazing, professional thorough and kind! My experience was top notch with greenix! I highly recommend them, they came out same day to set my mind at ease. Thanks again Ricky!!
