We have bought a new home in the Meadow brook addition in Cleburne,TX and after the rain we had ants coming into home badly, Our technicians(Logan) showed up today took care of the problem with the Ants and answered questions and concerns we had, gave clear instructions on how to make our pesticides work for us. I love HomeTeam Pest Defense! The Taexx system is absolutely brilliant; we are thankful to have this built-in system in our home of almost 7 years. The service technicians are always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They always call me in advance of arrival so I can secure our pets. The customer service team is equally wonderful. They are willing to work with me on a payment plan if needed. I think the price is reasonable for quarterly service, and the best thing is we never have any insects in our home!! So what they’re doing works!

Zack Bell did great! Very thorough. I don't think he skipped a step. The best tech I’ve had in a while. I would like to request him every time please. The price of the service can be a little cheaper though. I’m at $160 w/the last price increase.
