Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

We had excellent service from start to finish. Trevor and Ed called ahead and they were on time and pleasant. They explained the treatment plan clearly to us. Both Trevor and Ed was very respectful of our home. I highly recommend Truly Nolen for you pest control issues. Charles and Angelina Brown

Ed , Hugo and Trevor came out to my home and did an amazing job I’ve been with other pest control companies but never had a company have techs come out and display and educate me on my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pest control. They communicate well and arrived in a timely manner. Awesome group of guys !!

First and Foremost, I have never experienced such professionalism, care, altruism, and service in my 35 years from anyone like Justin. My housemates and I dealt with a horrendous roach issue caused by a former tenant. It was to the point where none of us wanted to even step foot in our kitchen, and common areas, let alone cook in it. No matter how clean we were, we just didn’t have the resources to solve our roach problem. But God sent Justin. I’m not sure how this company got so lucky, but I know a leader, businessman, and service provider when I see one. From the moment Justin arrived at the door and introduced himself and who he was with, there was instantaneous security. His thorough explanation of our issue, his calmness in walking us through the process and timeline, and his acumen towards resolution was like Christmas in February. You may feel as a reader this is an exaggeration. But as a customer who had the opportunity to experience Justin, this was what America truly represents. Someone who comes in and get the job Done! Thank you to Justin and the company for loaning us such a gem! We are more than satisfied with our service and encourage any and all to utilize Truly Nolen if you have a bug problem. Don’t forget to ask for Justin!

We decided to try a new pest control service that has been advertised in our neighborhood group. So glad we made the switch! Gage with Truly Nolen was incredibly thorough. He spent quite a bit more time inside, out and even in the attic for a regular pest control service. We were very impressed with his customer service skills. Very helpful and kind and a pleasure to have him serve our home. Apparently he will be our regular technician assigned to our neighborhood. This is a nice perk to have that consistency. Thanks Gage for your help today!

Ana went above and beyond today! We had a dead possum wedged between our fence and the neighbor’s fence — not exactly an easy situation. Without hesitation, Ana climbed up onto the carport roof, carefully shimmied the possum to where she could reach it, and removed it quickly and safely. She handled everything with such kindness, professionalism, and a great attitude. This was absolutely not an easy job, and she didn’t just get it done — she saved the day. Ana turned a gross, stressful situation into a smooth and even uplifting experience. I can’t thank her enough for her incredible effort and genuinely kind heart. Highly, highly recommend her!
