I have been a customer for 20 plus years. When it was a smaller company they were better. I have simple instructions to call when they are on the way. This never ever happens. We have dogs that need to be locked up and several work from home. It’s simple, call before you came so we can be ready. NOT THAT DIFFICULT. Seriously thinking of going with a smaller local company.

Jose has been our primary technician and words really cannot capture the great service he personally has given us. He is always ready to answer any questions/concerns we may have, explains what each process is doing, and most importantly makes us feel as though we are the most important customer he will see today, even though his schedule is full from start to finish.Excellent company with an excellent staff!
We've worked with F&W for over a year and a half and our problem has only gotten bigger. We don't even see the technician, I only see the bill. Waste of money, waste of products, not effective AT AL
Great company to work with. Jose Rosario is courteous, pleasant and wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond to give good service. I signed a year contract and Jose's always been quick to respond whenever there's a problem.
I hired F&W to install some termite bait stations due to some previous activity the inspector had found. Also had a mouse problem in the subroof/basement. Great experience so far (a year later), noticeably less mouse droppings in the garage/unfinished basement area. The techs are always courteous and professional, same goes for their customer support. Highly recommended.
