We have used Franklin Pest Control for 2-1/2 years. I cannot say enough good things about Earl & his team. First, we live in the woods on nearly 6 acres and it’s amazing how much they control the pests. When we first built our home there were many, many bugs, and Earl’s team came out weekly for a month or so until they got the pests under control. On top of doing an excellent job at their core business, every single employee we’ve interacted with is incredibly kind, well-mannered, and they always look sharp. I cannot recommend this company enough. We love Earl & Franklin Pest Control!!

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! A woman named Tiffany answered the phone and walked me through all the services they offer and answered all my questions. She was patient and polite and went above and beyond to work around my schedule. A gentleman named Larry showed up on time and was extremely professional and efficient! Strongly recommend!
