DO NOT RECOMMEND. I signed up to have pest control to keep the rodents away and with this I hoped to have what was promised prior to entering an agreement along with in the agreement and that was to have regular services. Technicians wouldnt show up and they would notate they did ( I needed service inside and outside of the house ) with this said one tech came out and when he did he handed us an exlarge syringe and told us to put it where we needed too?? (who is the employee here ) I have cameras installed so clearly Front line did not meet their part of the agreement. I have dozens of calls as well as chats and emails only to get a response " we apologize " yet the monthly pay is scheduled once again to be withdrawn. I advised Front Line if they can not uphold their promise to the agreement why hold the customer responsible and yet nothing. Finally after stating I was going to report the non service I received a call from someone who claimed to be a manager but yet when he called me he said he was having computer problems and would call me back once he got the acct open ( that was almost 2 months ago) Tired of babysitting a company who is suppose to be reputable . Reviews are typically only done by satisfied customers and I felt it is necessary that everyone know the good and the bad unfortunately I am stuck paying the remainder of a contract Front Line is non compliant too. Every email expressing my concerns and phone calls have now been ignored I even offered to send a picture of the exlarge syringe left for the customer to do the but they didnt want it and didnt believe me ( I still have it by the way ) So in their eyes the customers is always wrong they are always right and be aware of what you sign, the contract is to protect Front Line not the customer

I would like to positively acknowledge Ronald for the service done for the bees. I was out of town for a few weeks, thus the late review response. As of today, I do not see any bees inside or outside of my home. Thank you so much. The service he provided ensured the pest were taken care of over the follow up time period. Thank you so much.

Today I had the pleasure of having Chris come and service my home. He came within the hour for my same day appointment. Chris answered all my questions and made sure I was aware of all my new services. He even made sure to schedule my next service date. The best service I ever had!

Chris is amazing! Always a pleasure to talk to, he walked around my property and pointed out some areas of concern and how I can remedy them. He does a great job and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
