Omar was communicative about his arrival. He did a very thorough inspection outside. He was patient with us and our dog and he set traps in a way to ensure our dog was not in any danger. He also thoroughly put traps in the crawl space and attic. He talked is through the whole process. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone else!

Josh was a great technician for our ant issues. Very friendly and accommodating. Good communicator. He took his time finding where the colony / nest were located and set bait. I don’t know if they were able to get rid of my ants yet because they just serviced the home today. We shall see.
Omar was wonderful in taking the time to explain all of the different options, cost, etc. He helped us choose the best option for our situation, which was not the most expensive, not even close. We have trusted ATCO since they wiped out a bed bug problem in our VR many years ago by heating our house,, and it was ONCE and done, they did NOT come back, and no tenting needed (for bedbugs). I wouldn't hire anyone else. An honest company, at a very fair price.
