Bobbi was great when visiting us. I got the Rodent and Big Monsters package, and she was here to install the luring stations. She placed them in what I thought were smart locations. She noticed my fly problem in the backyard and setup a followup to take care of them. I thought that was awesome. Before Bobbi came to the house she gave me a call to let me know she was 20 minutes out, AND if it was ok to come at that time. She offered whether I wanted a face-to-face experience or to communicate through our phones. I chose the latter. I would take pictures if I could, but I am stuck in a wheelchair for now, and the effort was too much.
