Bobbi was great when visiting us. I got the Rodent and Big Monsters package, and she was here to install the luring stations. She placed them in what I thought were smart locations. She noticed my fly problem in the backyard and setup a followup to take care of them. I thought that was awesome. Before Bobbi came to the house she gave me a call to let me know she was 20 minutes out, AND if it was ok to come at that time. She offered whether I wanted a face-to-face experience or to communicate through our phones. I chose the latter. I would take pictures if I could, but I am stuck in a wheelchair for now, and the effort was too much.

Our technician, John, came to our door today to alert us to two rodent worries on our property, both of which we were aware of, but had been unable to resolve on our own.
