They no showed for an appointment 7 days ago. After two calls being assured that they would call me back I have received no call back. I will not be hiring them again, I feel scammed at this point. They also didn’t finish the work at my house and I have no one to tell since you call a corporate line there is no local number that I am aware of.
Rich is the only exterminator that comes to the facility I work at unless he’s on vacation. He does an excellent job. If we have any problem with bugs in a certain area that is not usually his regular routine on site, he’ll take care of the area right away.
Had an appointment for 2-3:30 window. Told I would receive a call prior to arrival. A few minutes before 5:00 I called the main office because Justin had not been to my house nor called. Receptionist tried calling Justin and his mailbox was full. Asked if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me!? Why would I do business at all with them after such poor customer service. No apology offered either. I’ve told as many people as I can NOT to hire their service!!! How are they even in business?
