Carlos & Luis ( Technicians with Ephlora ) are very patient and composed and answered all my questions. Neo the office incharge is also very quick whenever any adhoc service is to be performed and always helps in a few mins. My landlord recommended Ephlora for general pest control when we moved into our home 2 years ago. As a first time home renter (vs.apartment), I had no clue what I was doing. Luckily, a Ephlora made it easy to set up the first and recurring appointments thereafter. They automatically set your quarterly appointment, send a few reminder texts, spend about 20mins in/outside of your home (covering shoes indoors), and then automatically bill you after the service. The technicians (Hector, Luis, & Carlos) are always super nice and timely also! We haven't had any issues with pests since enrolling. A stress-free hands off service I feel confident in recommending to anyone in need of pest prevention and control!
