William at Massey has finally given me hope for my 4-year rat problem that has really escalated lately. We had sealed every conceivable place that we could think of prior but it was William that really looked hard and went the extra mile and when he discovered droppings in a specific place it reminded me of work done on a faux wood wall 4 years ago where there were two bricks removed and apparently never replaced. Finally we have a plan to get the rats out and will close hole a week from now. So thankful for the opportunity he gave me to finally solve this problem.
