Been using Safe Pro for years and am always pleased with the results. Routine visits every 3 months, and if ever I notice something between appointments (only happened once with some pesky yellow jackets) they come out and take care of the issue no charge.They always text before coming and are very friendly and thorough.
ETHAN was fantastic! Not only was it easy to move up my service when I saw bugs emerging after weather warmed up - all done through email and text. Ethan texted when on the way, reminded me to unlock gates, showed up on time, he's thorough and friendly and genuine. I couldn't find the key to my side gate so he offered to have me text him when i find it and come back (they cannot bring outdoor treatments through interior of home). He also did special treatment for sugar and in garage with traps! We've been very happy with Safe Pro for years now!!
I've been with Safe Pro since we moved into our house 13 yrs ago. Since then we've had numerous other companies trying to get us to change to their pest service. I've stayed with Safe Pro because their prices are reasonable/competitive & ALL of the people that have serviced our home have been top notch. Ethan was here today and like the others, he was courteous, very professional, & answered all of my questions.
