I’ve had a great experience working with Arrow Exterminators, Inc. here in Gainesville, and I especially want to recognize Justin for the outstanding job he does every time he services my home. It’s clear that Justin takes real pride in his work and approaches his job with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

When I first started using Arrow, I was dealing with a small bug issue around my home, and Justin quickly got it under control. After his treatments and recommendations, the problem has now been completely resolved, which has been a huge relief. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and takes the time to make sure the treatment is actually effective, not just temporary.

What stands out the most to me is his commitment to safety, especially when it comes to my dogs. Every time he visits, he makes it a point to ensure they are safe and that I fully understand any precautions I should take after treatment. He doesn’t just do the work and leave—he takes the time to explain what he’s applying, how it works, and why it’s effective. That level of communication goes a long way in building trust.

Justin is also incredibly flexible and respectful of my schedule, which I really appreciate. He works around my availability and always makes the process easy and convenient.

Arrow always does such a great job addressing our concerns. My husband was concerned that we may have drywood termites. Our tech listened to our concerns, did a thorough inspection of our house (inside and outside), and assured us we do not have drywood termites. Because we are established customers and have a termite contract, we were not charged for the visit. The staff at Arrow is always polite, professional, and always willing to help when we need it.

I’ve been with Arrow Exterminators for a few years now, and they have always been dependable, honest, and on point with everything. They always make me feel like I’m in good hands. Today, they not only completed their routine service, but went above and beyond by immediately taking care of an unexpected pest issue in the attic. The entire experience was stress-free and incredibly reassuring. They're the best!

I’ve had service with them for my lawn for some years and have tried to make it work. And they consistently just do the minimum to get their check. They don’t communicate about lawn issues and constantly have staffing issues. Top that with billing issues and difficulty getting call backs and I’m left thinking they’re just not it. So I’m firing them. I suggest y’all find some other company that has quality technicians who stick around and a company that cares about keeping customers.
