We have been using Terminix for many years for quarterly pest control service. Larry has been our service technician since the beginning. He is thorough, conscientious, and takes good care of us. He reminds us a day in advance that he'll be coming and again on service day when he's on his way. He checks in upon arrival to inquire about concerns we would like addressed and again at the end of service to communicate his findings. Finally, we get a service report with photos sent to us.Larry is friendly and communicates well. If something comes up between service appointments, he will come back and retreat the problem.I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Terminix and Larry.
