Extermination Parasitex

I had an excellent experience with Extermination Parasitex in Aylmer (Gatineau). He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the inspection. Most importantly, he took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and honestly confirmed that there was no infestation. His transparency, and integrity truly stood out. In a situation where it would have been easy to recommend unnecessary treatments, he instead provided clear, factual guidance. His expertise and honesty potentially prevented a stressful and costly dispute between me and my tenants, which I deeply appreciate. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes trust and accuracy over upselling, and Extermination Parasitex absolutely does. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, ethical, and professional pest control services.

A professional, reliable and knowledgeable pest control service. Marc responds quickly and has helped us annually for years with keeping our summer residence free from mice invasion, flying ants along with other pests. Recently he also did a mosquito /tick treatment on our rural property. Easy to contact and helpful with all your questions. Highly recommend.

Great customer service!! Mark was very professional, friendly, so helpful and very reliable. He took care of our pest issue despite having to come back a few times for the same annoying reason. He was helpful, and always responsive when I contacted him. He also lives up to his 6 month guarantee. I would highly recommend his extermination services to anyone.

We called Extermination Parasitex just before Christmas and not only did Marc return our call quickly but was at our house the next day with his thermal machines. He provided an exceptional service throughout the whole non-chemical process. The treatment was VERY efficient and within just a few days, we could « sleep tight » again. We HIGHLY recommend this company… and their prices are UNBEATABLE.

Marc provided amazing service, was very informative, and so kind. I will definitely be using his services again in the future if required. He also told me what to do to discourage the wildlife from returning. Honestly, 5 star service and 100% recommend!
