The service is excellent, has taken care of all of my pest needs and will come back to retreat if there are any issues in between services. Amber is always pleasant to deal with and very helpful with any scheduling and billing issues. The service techs always call to inform you that they are on the way and if there are any changes. I have great experience with Advantage Pest Control. Jeremy, the technician is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is punctual, respectful and have a great sense of humor! He performed the tasks efficiently. The products he used to do the treatment over 2 weeks ago around the house both external and internal seem to be working well. Amber, the office manager is very nice to me. She is efficient and has a good customer service. I would definitely recommend Advantage Pest Control to anyone!
Great service. Their treament work wonderfully and the tech gave us great tips to help us learn to maintain a bug free home. I signed up and will continue getting treatments regularly with this company because of the great service. The tech was on time, friendly and quick. Texas is known for their bugs and this company should be recognized as the best at getting rid of them.
Very friendly staff the scheduling was flexible with me being sick the day I made the appointment for. The technician that came out was very friendly and thorough with answering my questions especially since my concerns were about my dog and how safe the treatment was for me being that I am pregnant. I am very happy with my first treatment have not seen any bugs inside my home and I’m happy to know they will also take care of bee/wasp hives if they come across them. I think the pricing is very reasonable for a job I can’t or don’t want to do.
