I have had this company for pest services for about a year. No issues until they came recently and treated the front yard. Then never treated the interior or backyard but sent me a invoice claiming it was a full service as well as charged my credit card on file. I have called for weeks and the operator says they will have someone call me. I have called 4 times and been told the same thing and still no one has called. If you hire this company make sure they do all the work that you are charged for. I don't think that is the first time they have charged me for incomplete work.
Disgusting business practices: I have used this company for two years and great initially as it originated as a small business and was acquired.1. Ignored voicemails, calls, text messages requesting support2. Overcharging for service and one of the rare times I was able to speak to someone on the phone, the person told me I was mistakenly charged and she’d take care of it. I’m sure you can guess, it was never taken care of and when I sent a text explaining the issue, I was told they wouldn’t remove the charge and if I don’t pay they’ll just send it to collections and I’ll have to just deal with it. Of course they won’t respond via text or phone now.3. Technician(s) do not attempt to address documented indoor bug issues (spray outside and leave) despite request for inside help4. Takes several days to get a service technician to address immediate issuesWhy give money to a business with unethical practices when pest companies are a dime a dozen?
Dane has been our pest control guy for about a year. We had a new construction home which came with a lot of pest challenges. Dane offered us a great introductory rate so we could see for ourselves the value he brings. He and his team are thorough, professional, personable, and always make sure that if we see anything in between our regularly scheduled appointments, someone is out immediately to treat our property. The minimal impact products used give me the peace of mind that my pets are safe and in continually impressed with how effective his products are. I couldn’t be happier with the services Dane and his team provide.
Dane is amazing! I cannot recommend him and Fresh Pest Control enough. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. On his first visit, he messaged to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the exact time he said he would. He took his time treating both the inside and outside of my house while explaining every step. His prices can’t be beat, and I can’t think of another company that will respond to my message at 8:30 on a Sunday evening. I have already recommended Dane to all my family and friends!
