Tim Eshelman was the technician for my termite extermination and he was great! He worked hard, was thorough in covering every inch that needed attention, never complained about the warm day, had such a pleasant attitude and definitely was well trained in termite extermination. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The people were very nice, however I hired them for their “Weed(s) Control Program” because the ad says a 6-month guarantee for a weeds-free yard and that they stop existing weeds. They came out and sprayed, but left the current weeds (which are huge) standing..no pulling, cutting, or removal, so my yard still looks completely overrun.If this is a spray-only service, that needs to be made very clear because “weeds-free yard” sets a totally different expectation. For $195, I expected the existing weeds to be addressed in a way that actually results in a weeds-free yard, not just an application with the weeds still there. Why am I paying almost $200 to go out and have to collect the weeds?
Brandon and the team from Magic Pest Control were awesome! They showed up on time, were very friendly and approachable, and took time to walk through all our concerns and addressed them without being pushy at all. The work was executed without any issues. Their cleanliness inside and outside our home was impressive. We would recommend this team to anyone!
