I have nothing but good things to say about Brady PC. I was dealing with an ant infestation in a really big house. There first treatment was extremely effective, but I had small reoccurrences, as you typically do with ants, and what has impressed me the most is the absolute service after the sale. So...they are too good! There is a rodent near my home because there is a big trash can behind my fence that belongs to an apartment building. They can't move it. So it causes rodent issues. Parris and his team are phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could.I mean I have never experienced this type of care and service from a pest control company ever. They are super responsive! They will make arrangements to take care of any issues as soon as possible, usually same day. I can't say enough great things about them. I'm a forever customer.

Prior to hiring Brady Pest Control great customers ervice was provided via telephone to address all of my questions and concerns. Their agent arrived to my home on time and was very professional and clearly communicated the services that would be provided. Was in and out of my home in a short amount of time all while remaining very courteous and communicating clearly. I look forward to our ongoing business relationship because this is Texas and if you aren’t using pest control, you have pests…and I need this to be an easy part of my life, which so far, it has been. At this point, I give my highest recommendation.
