He didn't push unnecessary products but explained what was needed based on what he saw, and let me decide whether or not it was needed. Josh was excellent at explaining and completing the work. Your company needs to coordinate its autocalls and follow ups. I got 7 text messages asking me to decide on my service AFTER I'd hired you. And too many frequent, unnecessary calls, texts, and emails confirming appoingments. And in my view, though the work was good, the five small spots you fixed shouldn't have cost $700 plus the initial inspection fee. Only one was on the second floor. As pleasant as it was working with Josh, I cannot recommend your company to friends and family.
