The people who treat our home are always very professional and friendly. I appreciate that they give us a heads up when they're close so that we can crate our dog. We especially appreciate the re-service, as we've had times when we need treatment for certain areas outside of our scheduled appointment. Calling for a re-service is easy and convenient as they can usually be over within a couple of days of calling. Andrea and Steve have been great to work with!
Proof has been doing a good job. We usually see the same 2 or 3 people over the course of the year, and they are always friendly, polite and efficient in completing our quarterly service. Brent completed the service today in a timely manner. He dusted and dewebbed where necessary and left me a detailed email of what he did while he was at my home.
Our proof tech, Brandon could not have been better. He rang our bell both at the beginning and end of the quarterly service call to keep us informed and was very courteous, friendly and professional. What a nice young man you have representing your company! He is a real plus.
Proof Pest Control does a great job for us! We've had multiple technicians come to our building and they are thorough and extremely polite. Brandon always comes on time and seeks me out to tell me what he has done and asks if I have any questions or concerns. We also have Cody who has come out several times. He is also very polite and thorough. We are very happy with their responses and willingness to come back if need be. I highly recommend them!
Brandon did a fabulous job! He not only sprayed but blew leaves away from the foundation!! I am not a fan of bugs & Proof Pest has done an excellent job keeping ants, spiders & those pesky stink bugs out of my house.Thank you Brandon for excellent service & communication of what was done today.He most definitely deserves the $10 bonus!!!
