Had our first appointment, and treatment today for Ants. Ryan L. Was our serviceman, and he had called us prior to his arrival and showed up as scheduled. He was very thorough, friendly, and answered any and all of our questions. Very professional and we very much appreciated him coming out. Although when we had called thru to the National line to schedule, the lady who took my call had our address wrong, and I corrected her on that before we hung up. Then a few days to our scheduled appointment I got a confirmation text, and the address was still wrong. I called them to correct and waited an hour for a representative, and had to hang up. I called the following day and got a representative, she was very nice and said she would alert flag it and send it over to another department to fix the address. So this morning several hours before the appointment I got another confirmation text, and the address was still wrong. So I waited and Ryan called to announce he was on his way, I informed him of the correct address to come too, he thanked me as he did see that they did still have the wrong address. In the long run, It all worked out, and Ryan was perfect. Now we wait to see if the ants go away! Thank you Ryan!
Rob will always be welcome in my home to help with my pests. He was very friendly and thorough and took the time to answer my questions. I feel so much better about being able to get rid of the pests year round.

So far so good! It was the initial inspection and Scott did a thorough job, finding a couple possible entries for mice that I never would’ve found. He was very knowledgeable and informative.
