Aaron was thorough and helpful in pointing out potential points of entry. Luckily, we were able to fix the issue on our own based on Aaron's suggestions. Downhill is an understatement for how quickly this company fell apart after Frankie left. Since November, the company’s customer service has become very rude, entitled, and virtually non existent. Their service techs have been replaced with some of the rudest, laziest pest control people I’ve ever had to deal with. I will say that I used to love this company when Frankie was a technician because he was the epitome of good service, but my company unfortunately had to go with another pest control company due to the lack of quality and service that this one has come to.
