We have used 1st Choice for several months to help with getting rid of mice. They have done an amazing job offering suggestions and identifying possible areas of entry to our garage and home. I’m happy to say that we have little to no activity now. We have 1st Choice return every couple of months to check areas that are still being monitored. Very good communication about appointments - before and after - and the employees have been extremely accommodating and friendly.
Brandon called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier. It worked out perfectly and I was able to get some other things done this afternoon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do and what chemicals he would be applying about my on-going drain fly issue and took care of it. He went above and beyond what was needed, (cleaned up my downstairs shower floor) that doesn't get much use. He showed me before and after pictures of the job he performed and I was so thankful! It saved me the work of having to clean it up later. If anyone is looking for "pest control", 1st Choice Pest Control is the company you need to contact. They are well worth the money!!
My technician Rick was super nice and understanding. He walked me through everything he was going to do in my house. Then answered a couple of my last minute questions. He even offered to help me move my mattress since I had to do it myself in the morning.Looking at other company’s prices. 1st Choice Pest Control was by far the best price. For initial and follow ups.I will recommend this company to anyone who needs it. Thank you guys so much for working with us and being so kind.
The person who helped me when I called for an appointment was very polite, friendly and informative; she took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. The service technician who came to our home, Dylan was very knowledgeable and polite. Before beginning the treatment process, he took the time to ask us questions, explain the proposed treatment and answer all our questions without pressure to have more done than we requested. (Overall, 1st Choice does not pressure you into signing up for a repeated treatment plan, which we greatly appreciated.) Dylan was very efficient, respectful and careful in our home while applying the treatment. The applied treatment did the trick and took care of our carpenter ant problem. Since that treatment, we have had them return 2 more times for a general seasonal invaders application. 1st Choice is more than a 5 star company to us!
Close to a Holiday weekend so had to wait several days before anyone came out. The price for the one visit was as much as the 6 months pest control contract we had with a different company in the recent past. Hence, the four star rating.When the service person came, he did an excellent job of spraying the nest without hitting the plants in the vegetable garden. He also sprayed a ground nest of bees and the start of a nest under the house eves. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is definitely an asset for this company. As he told us, it took two weeks for the hornets to die off.
