Writing this for others that are looking for a company to help them.Called for "free quote." Got a person with no empathy or customer service skills. Short and blunt. They asked me what the pest was. Explained I didn't know, just noises in the wall. Pressed me for a specific animal. I answered, I didn't know. That's why I was calling them. Could be a mouse, rat, squirrel.Instantly rattles off the pricing for a squirrel. I asked, you want me to commit to a price without even knowing what the animal is?$85 if I want an inspection. So the "free quote" is just someone listing prices, not an actual assessment of the issue.
Brian and Zach made my bat experience "not so bad". I have complete confidence that all bats will be leaving for good come warmer weather, and never to return and get back in.They are both passionate, experienced, and confident in their abilities. About 4 years ago, I had a terrible experience with Shoen's Wild Life out of Manitowoc, who, after paying them over $3000 to remove bats and mice, they didn't do A NYTHING to make good on the deal. And when bats showed up again, they wanted another $85 to assess the situation.GO WITH EWERT and AVOID SCHOEN"sI will write another review as time goes on to report on the actual results, which I am certain will be a very positive report.
Zach was excellent and took his time when inspecting our interior and exterior and helping explain what was happening in our attic and plans for mitigation and cleanup. Very thorough and helpful in wanting to make sure we understood current and future state with Ewarts services at the helm.
Mason did a thorough job inspecting our home for bats. He is a very nice person to work with and easy to talk with. He explained everything to us and answered our questions. We were very pleased.
Zach and BJ at Ewert did a great job on my property. They treated everything like it was their own and gave me great customer service. They made sure I was satisfied with the work done so I definitely recommend choosing Ewert!
